What these tools are for
PackMachHub is a set of free tools for anyone who makes or ships products in boxes and bags: small brands, online sellers, packaging designers, print shops, crafters and teachers. Each page does one job: draw a dieline or a printable template from the inside size you need, work out the box size for an item, or find the mailer, envelope or label size that fits.
Every tool works the same way:
- Drawn from your numbers. Type the inside size and material thickness; panels, flaps and the flat blank size are calculated, and the steps are shown.
- Inches or millimeters. Each value has its own unit menu.
- Files you can use. Templates download as SVG at true size (for print and design software) and as DXF (for CAD, plotters and cutting machines), or print at 100 %.
- Share a link. The page address holds your inputs, so a copied link opens the same template.
- Private. Everything is drawn in your browser. Nothing you type is uploaded, and there is no account.
Templates are a starting point: make a sample in your own board or paper before a production run. You may use the templates and results in commercial work, including boxes you sell and files you send to printers and die makers.
